How to Embed A Survey Form in Email – Receive Higher Completion Rate

There are two ways by which you can organise and conduct a survey online. One, by creating a special webpage where user needs to login using an email ID and password combination first and then start with the survey.
Second, you can send a completely built survey form in email directly. It doesn’t require the user to login, which can literally help in increasing the completion rate.
I can feel that you’re interested in the second method, right?

Embed a Survey in Email and Receive Higher Completion Rate

I’m going to explain the same in this tutorial on how to embed a survey form in email and receive higher completion rate. It can be done using Google Forms easily and you don’t need to go for any third-party applications.
The thing you’ve to do is to follow the simple steps as mentioned down here. Make sure you don’t skip anything.
Step 1 – Directly open the Google Drive official website and once that web application is opened, you need to click on Create button available at the left side.

Step 2 – Click on More option from that little drop-down and then select the Google Form option.
Step 3 – A new tab will open up where you have to write the Title of the question or survey you wish to conduct, then select the Question type, and enter the number and details of options you wish to offer.

Step 4 – Once you’re done with this setup, enter the Help Text (which will help user to understand reason behind the existence of this survey), and hit the Done button at the bottom.
Step 5 – Now, you’ll have an option to either save this form or directly send it in the email to anyone. Just type in the email addresses and once you click the button available, the form will be sent in the email.
So, this is how you can conduct the surveys through email IDs using the Google Form, and that too for free. But, this was just a process of setup. The still missing thing is how you can get the analytics report, right?
Well, the moment you created a Google Form, it was all taken care of. Just open the already created Form in your Google Drive (it will be available with its name) and inside that file, you’ll have the analytic report ready at your access.
So, this is how you can embed a survey form in email and receive higher completion rate.
